About me

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, space holder and guide.

I create space for those ready for change and a deeper understanding of themselves and what their body is trying to communicate.

Through intuitive, intentional work, I offer a space to slow down, offload and reconnect. Because your body already knows the way, sometimes it just needs guidance and support so that over time, you learn to hold yourself. 

I’ve always felt very deeply and questioned truth, drawn to what sits beneath the surface. I believe healing unfolds in its own time and that we meet what we’re meant to when we’re ready.

My aim is for you to feel supported and seen through the dark and the light of life.

Initial 1 - 1 Reiki Consultation & Energy Cleanse - £75

Available in person at The Cabin in Little Downham, or from the comfort of your own home via a live Distance Reiki session.

This 2 - hour session is a gentle doorway into walking together.

It offers a calm, supportive space to slow down and be met exactly where you are. Together, we explore what is currently present in your life, emotionally, energetically and physically, while allowing your body and nervous system time to soften and settle.

  • The session includes an intuitive energy reading, Reiki healing and an aura cleanse to clear and rebalance your energy field. There is space for open conversation and reflection, helping you gain clarity and feel grounded, held and supported.

    Whether you choose to meet in person or receive a Distance Reiki session from home, this consultation is an opportunity to experience the healing, connect with me, and gently explore what feels most supportive for you.

    This session is both an introduction to the healing and an opportunity to feel into our connection. It allows us to sense whether ongoing work feels aligned, without pressure or expectation.

The Sovereign Journey - 3 Session Block - £255

Available in person at The Cabin in Little Downham, or from the comfort of your own home via live Distance Reiki sessions.

This three - session journey is for those ready to move beyond a single reset and into deeper, sustained healing.

Walking together over time allows space for trust to grow and patterns to gently unfold. We move at a steady, supportive pace - tending not only to what is present now, but also to what lies beneath recurring themes, emotional blocks and the experiences that continue to shape your inner world.

  • Each session includes intuitive Reiki healing, energetic clearing, and reflective conversation. As our journey unfolds, the work naturally deepens, allowing space for integration, self-awareness, and lasting change rather than seeking quick fixes.

    This journey is especially supportive for those navigating grief, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or long-standing patterns that benefit from compassionate, consistent support.

    The Sovereign Journey honours your own unique pace, allowing healing to unfold with gentleness and intention. Together, we create space for meaningful shifts that are not only experienced in the moment, but embodied and carried forward into everyday life.

The Sovereign Reset - £90

This 2 - hour session is a spacious reset, a dedicated pause to recalibrate when life feels full, heavy or overstimulating.

It offers a calm, intentional space to gently lay down what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with yourself. Together, we tend to what is present in the moment - emotionally, energetically and physically, allowing your nervous system to regulate, your mind to quieten, and your energy to rebalance.

  • Each session includes intuitive Reiki healing, energetic clearing and reflective conversation, creating space for deep rest, clarity and renewal.

    Whether you return to The Cabin or choose to receive your session from the comfort of your own home, The Sovereign Reset offers an opportunity to pause, restore and reconnect before stepping back into daily life with greater steadiness and ease.
